Letter of CBDT

Dear Friends,

As you all know that NDNGSA has filed a court case bearing OA NO 1004 OF 2010 at hon’ble CAT, Jabalpur bench for affecting the fixation of CM with initial basic of 6500 and that of pre-merged AF/FM/SH with minimum basic of 7450 as on 01/01/06. The Ministry of Finance (DOE) is made party in the same case. Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) is a department of Ministry of Finance. A letter is issued by CBDT to its zonal account offices which can be accessed at:

After going through the above letter, it seems clear that NDNGSA will win the case at CAT, Jabalpur bench and our fixation i.e. of CM with initial basic of 6500 and that of pre-merged AF/FM/SH with minimum basic of 7450 as on 01/01/06 will be done soon after.

Pamphlet

Dear branch Secretaries and Chairmen,
Please publish the below appended pamphlet at your branch, after duly endorsing the name of branch Secretary and Chairman on same, either through printing and distributing pamphlets or displaying the same on associations notice board, if available in the factory. Further, on winning the case, each Chargeman will get a salary hike of around Rs. 5000/- per month while JWM will get a salary hike of  Rs. 3000/- per month in addition to arrears of more than Rs. 3,00,000/- approximately.

JCM IV re-constitution letter to DGOF

Appeal to all Branches

The following is brought to the notice of all concerned for compliance please. It is also requested that the same may be brought to the knowledge of all the branch office bearers of NDNGSA branch of your factory.

On 07/02/12, NDNGSA CE has met the DGOF and discussed cadre related problems and other association matters. The details were discussed in the Office Bearers meeting and it was decided to float separate association for JWM's in the name of National Defence Group B Gazetted Officers Association (NDGBGOA). On 01/03/12, the recognition papers for NDGBGOA were submitted to Chairman/OFB and he assured to forward the case to MOD before 31/03/12.

In this regard, all the branches are requested to submit the maximum membership of CM and JWM separately as follows to local management for verification and onward submission to OFB:

1. CM Authorization forms shall be filled in name of NDNGSA.

2. JWM Authorization forms shall be filled in name of NDGBGOA. (Sample Authorization form available at ndgbgoa.blogspot.com)

The branches are also requested to submit the list of Office bearers and executive committee members of their branches for both NDNGSA & NDGBGOA separately to the respective management and a copy to CE through post or e-mail at vikram3151981@rediffmail.com. After verification of membership, the list of members i.e. CM and JWM factory-wise may also be sent to CE at the earliest.

List of contacts and contact person of various branches of NDNGSA is also available on this blog. You are also requested to go through the same and forward the remaining contacts if they are not on the list, for e.g. contacts of nearby NDNGSA branches especially for Kanpur, Kolkata, Jabalpur, Pune and Chennai factories.

It is also enjoined upon that the membership shall be submitted to the respective factory management on 30/04/12 positively and without fail.
