AIANGO is claiming from past several years that they are trying / stressing on OFB for renaming Chargeman as Junior Engineer.
This all is lies. Just submitting a proposal and buttering the officers cannot be the enough reason for the welfare of cadre.
Rather our NDNGSA has given a letter with full justifications to DGOF & Chairman OFB with full justifications and documentary evidences and a copy of same to CDRA. In 7th Board Meeting of OFB when the point of reneming of Chargeman is discussed and the letter of CDRA is attached in the minutes of meeting (Refer Minutes of 7th Board Meeting; Page no. 84 to 88).
Chairman / OFB has also marked on the CDRA letter that 'why OFB is delaying the renaming'. It is clear that Chairman might have marked so because NDNGSA has submitted their letter in the month of April itself and Chairman is willing to do the re-naming proposed by NDNGSA.
Hope that the re-naming is done soon.............
