A meeting was held at OFB on 20/07/12 on Cadre Review which was attended by Shri D K
Chowdhury, President (CE) / NDNGSA and Vikramjit Singh Randhawa, General
Secretary (CE) / NDNGSA. The meeting was called by Cadre Review Committee (CRC).
Shri M S Rao was on leave and the meeting was conducted by other 2 members i.e.
Shri G C Aron & Shri P W Ralegaonkar (Chairman / CRC). The discussions held
during the meeting with Cadre Review Committee were very fruitful. One copy of our proposal was again handed over to Chairman / CRC. We have given
all the justifications for our demands. Except 2 demands, they have noted all
our demands and have assured to consider them positively.
The Federations and other Associations including AIANGO have demanded for 3 grade structure with GP as 4200, 4600 & 4800 or 4200, 4600 & 5400.
