On 09/01/2015, OFB had
called preliminary meeting regarding pay commission visit to OFB on
11/01/2015, during discussion with OFB officials, NDNGSA strongly
demanded to amend the grade pay of Chargeman to 4600/- with all the
justification and references of previous meetings. But OFB officials
were not agreed to amend the same.
ON 11TH JAN. 2015 OFB had given presentation
before 7th CPC, in which BPMS, NDGBGOA and NDNGSA had attended the same meet at GSF,Cossipore IB. After completion of the meeting Justice Mathur and Smt. Meena
Agrawal had assured NDNGSA to give another meeting for detailed discussion at
New Delhi.
However NDNGSA will meet 7th CPC on 13th Jan. Further OFB had
demanded 4800 grade pay for JWM. 25% hard station allowance for 12 sorted
factories which is to be considered by 7th CPC. Also regarding Risk Allowance should be extended upto Gr. B and A. Also the discussion with all the MEMBERs
of 7th CPC had been done on this occasion and put forward all the issues like
upgradation of grade to 4600 and about promotional aspects in OFB organization.
