Dear Brothers,

                   It is glad to inform you that the Joint 2^nd BGCM of NDGBGOA and NDNGSA is Schedule on 09^th&10^th  February 2016 at OFK Estate, JABALPUR (M.P).

                   All Branches of both Association are requested to contribute appropriate amount of Fund through Advertisement, Donation from members to respective organizing committee of  NDGBGOA and NDNGSA  to meet the expenses of meeting. The advertisement collection may be sent to Org.Committee of OFK (Shri V.K.Srivastava, Jt. Secretary of NDGBGOA and Shri D.K.Chaudhary,President/NDNGSA) before 15^th January 2016 through E mail-(vijay113@yahoo.co.in). Donation from members may be deposited at the time of BGCM.

            

 All are requested to attend the meeting without fail and inform your arrival and departure date and time to the Following office bearers of NDGBGOA/NDNGSA of Organizing Committee for making necessary arrangements on or before 20^th January 2016.

                      It is requested to go through the following instruction of Central Executive to make grand success of our B.G.C.M.

1. Venue of  Meeting :-

    ‘GITAYAN’ O.F.I.L.Ordnance factory Khamaria, Jabalpur (M.P) .

2.Reception at Jabalpur Rly Stn :- Reception committee representatives remain present at Jabalpur Railway Station on Platform No.1 from , 8^th Feb.(A/N) to 09^th Feb.(F/N) .

3. Location:- O.F. Khamaria  situated 10 km away  from Jabalpur Rly station  and 15 KM from Bus stand, Jabalpur.

4. Levy :- All Branches  of both Association are requested to bring balance levy amount and deposit to  the TREASURER of both the association please. As per Bye-laws Rs. 5/per member for NDNGSA and Rs.25/for Per Member for NDGBGOA.

            As per Bye laws of our Association, All Branches are requested to send delegates in BGCM-2016. The bye laws states that “The general council shall consists of delegates elected by the Branches & central Executive on the following basis in addition to Branch chairman or Secretary”.

NOTE:-

A.Verified Membership list  for the year 2015-16 will be the members of the Branch and accordingly delegates may be send For BGCM-2016.All Branch Secretary  of both Association is requested to bring Verified Membership List of their respective branch. As per Bye laws Authorized Delegates name may be intimated to General Secretary of both Association on or before 30^th January 2016. 

B. Delegates charges  will be collected @ Rs.500/- each delegates.

C.Branches are requested to send  Levy amount @Rs.25/- per members in the NDGBGOA (CE) A/c no. 32465716278,SBI,J.Nagar and @ Rs.5/- per members in the NDNGSA(CE) A/c No. 33739411350,SBI,J.Nagar  for the period of 2014-15 & 2015-16 or they have to Deposit the levy before BGCM to Treasurer of Respective Association .

 5. Agenda Points :-All Branches are requested to send their Agenda Points for BGCM-2016 to General Secretary/NDGBGOA and NDNGSA on or before 20-01-2016 .

       All Office Bearers/CEC Member/Branch Secretary/Chairman of NDGBGOA/NDNGSA are requested to extend their kind co-operation   for smooth conduction of  BGCM 2016 .

URGENT HEARING ON PAY FIXATION CASE AT CAT JABALPUR ON 09/12/2015

DEAR MEMBERS,

                         TOMORROW, ON 09/12/2015, URGENT HEARING IS THERE ON PAY FIXATION CASE (Chargeman  PAY FIXATION at 6500 X 1.86= 12090 and JWM at 7450 X 1.86=13860 ) FOR CHARGEMAN AND JWM (O.A.NO.-1004/2010) AT CAT, JABALPUR. TOMORROW THERE IS A DOUBLE BENCH AT CAT, JABALPUR FOR WHICH OUR CASE HEARING IS THERE. WE EXPECT A FAVORABLE ORDER FROM HONORABLE CENTRAL ADMINISTRATIVE TRIBUNAL.

BIENNIAL GENERAL COUNCIL MEETING ON 09^TH AND 10^TH FEBRUARY-2016

AT OFK, JABALPUR

         BRANCH CHAIRMAN, SECRETARIES,

         CENTRAL EXECUTIVE MEMBERS,

          The Biennial General Council Meeting (BGCM) 2016 of NDNGSA will be held at OFK, JABALPUR on 09^th and 10^thFEBRUARY 2016. All are requested to book their ticket well in advance to attend the meeting without fail. The number of delegation from each branch will be as per bye laws. Circular regarding BGCM-2016 will be issued to all concern very shortly.

            This is for information to all the CE Office Bearers, CEC members, Branch Chairman and Branch Secretaries.

GENERAL SECRETARY VISIT TO OF BOARD ON 1st & 2nd and to MOD and MOF 03rd and 04th DEC.2015

GENERAL SECRETARY VISIT TO OFBOARD ON 1^st  & 2^nd  and to MoD 03^rd and 04^th DEC.2015

     GENERAL SECRETARY VISITED O F BOARD ON 1^st and 2^nd December 2015 for Submitting Joint Decision resolution to OFB regarding 7^th  CPC. After submitting the representation, there was a discussion with DDG/NG for recommending the same to MoD. After submission at OFB, General Secretary left to MoD and MoF/New Delhi and submitted the proposal to Joint Secretary/LS on 03/12/2015.

1.     7^th CPC Recommendation-DDG/NG Assured for recommending of upgraded Pay at 4800 Grade Pay to JWM in the level 8 in Pay matrix  and 4600 Grade Pay for CM in the level 07 in the Pay Matrix.

            General Secretary/ NDNGSA & NDGBGOA  met DGOF & Chairman and requested to  recommend the Upgraded proposal to MoD. DGOF &Chairman accepted the proposal and assured that he will recommend the same to MoD and try his best to make the proposal fruitful. He has suggested General Secretary to put all the effort at MoD as well as MoF for approval of the recommended proposal of OFB.

2.     Incremental Benefit-  In this regard General Secretary requested DDG/NG to issue a letter to Local Accounts for fixation of Incremental Matter. He assured to discuss with PC of A and make necessary directives to LAO.

3.     PROMOTION OF JWM- PROMOTION FROM CHARGEMAN TO JWM IS EXPECTED TO BE PUBLISHED BY 15^TH DECEMBER 2015. DPC FOR ALL THE TRADES ARE OVER AND THERE IS DISCREPANCY IN ELECTRICAL AND CHEMICAL STREAM FOR WHICH PROMOTION IS EXPECTED IN NEXT WEEK.

4.     Representation at MoD regarding 7^th CPC recommendation- ON 03/12/2015, GENERAL SECRETARY/NDNGSA HAS SUBMITTED A UP GRADED PROPOSAL FOR CHARGEMAN IN THE GRADE PAY OF 4600(LEVEL-7) TO JOINT SECRETARY/LS AND REQUESTED TO FORWARD THE SAME TO MOF FOR APPROVAL. IN THIS REGARD JOINT SECRETAY ASSURED TO FORWARD THE SAME TO MOF AFTER RECEIVING PROPOSAL FROM OFB.
