OFB acted as follows :
OFB issued a letter (posted on OFB COMNET in the month of Sep-2012) under the signature of DDG/IR (however the matter pertains to A/W) that the seniority for quarted allotment will be maintained from the date of holding the required grade pay and not by date of entry. Also DDG/IR has issued the letter in the month of May-2012 and that too with the approval of Member/Per.
